In accordance with the Club’s constitution, notice is given that the Club’s 2023 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Sunday 29th January 2023.  

The meeting will be held at Richmond Park with a start time close to 3:30pm.  With Glendale’s agreement we plan to hold the meeting in the Taylor Room.

Below are links to two notices providing (i) opportunities to raise proposals for discussion and, if necessary, a vote at the AGM, and (ii) opportunities for members to join the Club’s main committee.  The deadline for the submission of proposals and committee nominations is one month from today, on 1st January 2023. At present, the Committee does not have any proposals to be considered at the AGM.
