Following the Monthly Medal on 2 January 2005, the Handicap Secretary’s office was intrigued by Ed Easton’s 14 strokes at the 16th and wondered if this was a record. A trawl of 11 year’s records reveals not, with Bev Bell and Jureck Strelcyn having had worse experiences. |
